Welcome to your journey into mindbody wellness and an inquiry into your whole Self.

My approach is an integrated method of somatic, trauma-informed, safety-based exploration, using collaborative inquiry, structural anatomical exploration, Polyvagal theory, cutting-edge neuroscience, somatic parts work, and attunement. Using these tools and working together, we can explore the physical and emotional connections between your body, your mind, how you live and work, and how you’re in relationship with others.

Let’s explore how you might want to live differently.

Do you experience pain, dysfunction, or other physical symptoms?

Do you have questions about yourself, your life, or how to get what you need/want, or do you doubt or second-guess yourself?

Do you have feelings of anxiety or depression, difficulty regulating, or struggle to focus?

Is your internal voice harsh and critical, or does it keep you from experiencing satisfaction and success?

Is it difficult to feel that you “fit” in the world or with others?

You and your body have been through a lot together; making choices throughout your life and adapting to stress, trauma, anxiety, or injury. You are a mixed-media composition of neurology, biology, belief systems, emotions, lived experiences, decisions, cognition, and sensation. How you abide in your body and your life reflects this.

I can help you identify and understand what you are already communicating to yourself; through pain, symptoms, internal dialogue, and feelings, and discover new options for being and moving that might be more comfortable and more effective.

The body gives a physical representation of the things that happen in the ‘inner chambers’ of thought, desire, reason, and emotion.
— Tina Schermer Sellers, PhD

What if you could have less pain and fatigue, less stress and discomfort, less anxiety and lack of focus, and less unnecessary tension? What if you could find more ease, more comfort, more integration, and more connection to your Self?

Re-member yourself.

I engage with your nervous system and your unique tension patterns, using collaborative, structurally-informed bodywork and attuned dialogue; renegotiating a more balanced, healthy bodymind connection that can move you forward into more easeful living.

The roots of resilience...are to be found in the sense of being understood by existing in the mind and heart of a loving, attuned, and self-possessed other.
